      Blindly detonating hundreds or thousands of devices remotely is hardly targeted. There was no way to know who would be on the receiving end in that moment

        It’s more precise than dropping a thousand pound bomb on a refugee camp to take out 1 hamas guy at the very least. Also we’re in NCD.

        These things where almost exclusively used by Hezbolla. They bought them and their shipping was fucked with. It was targeted.

            Military hardware is meant for military/militants… It is a targeted attack. By definition. Even targeted attacks have collateral damages
