Have strong opinions, but I welcome any civil fact-based discussion.

It literally doesn’t matter what you use on iOS, as everything uses WebKit.
Your proposal seems to target the same issues as with multi-community support https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/818, which just got 6000€ funding from NLnet. Which seems to be a cleaner way of achieving the same goal.
Some suggested points are also against ActivityPub standard.
ICC can’t impose death penalty as it’s against international human rights law.
I don’t think you can.
Edit: Apparently you can, via command palette.
Several of mine:
Gaming communities are hard to grow since they require people who play the game to participate. You can only grow it on your own so much by posting the latest news.

load times can vary wildly depending on the location you are trying to access it from, so it’s possible the timeout causes the client to crash.
It is. Different clients handle it differently. If you note, the repository where the request is made is for lemmy-ui, not lemmy backend.
E.g. Photon shows a single item with a dropdown to expand matching posts if they were posted at the same, which is common with cross-posts on All, Local, Subscribed feeds.
And then it lists all cross-posts on individual pages in a neat list with stats like votes, number of comments, etc.
There were warrants issued on March 25 to him and his brother, which were ignored.
Instance blocking only hides communities from that instance, but not users.
Sorry, misread what you actually wrote. Time for bed.
I don’t disagree with that, but your assumption that “AI” will improve the situation is not only unfounded, but known to worsen the situation. Just look at other “AI” social media and how they are doing.
Could you include SpinScore as a link action to counter MBFC bias?
Apart from the general “AI” issues and there are plenty, this specific implementation would encourage people to not participating in the conversations and being a passive user, which I see as a huge downside.

The whole website bias rating is flawed by design. Each publication have multiple authors, which have different inherent biases and personal leanings that even unconsciously can influence the writing. And while corporate influence does exist and politics are unavoidable, labelling everything a site published based on a small dataset just makes the situation worse.
I was afraid that Photon will go the same route as Tesseract (originally fork of Photon) who went all into in flawed media bias checking and ruin the good project, but having the button for people that care about it is a good compromise.
As far as MBFC specifically, https://slrpnk.net/comment/10200142 highlights the issues with it quite well.
https://spinscore.io is a relatively new tool, but shows some promising results so far.
More likely, it was just taken on 2 different devices. It’s reasonable that the camera or phone they owned changed in 15 years.

What I meant was that if they were signatories to the Rome Statute at the time, actions they committed would quality for war crime charges.
As far as if it’s worth it? I would say yes. It would legitimize US in the global community. Right now everyone knows US is the biggest hypocrite on the world stage.
No. Like any court, they only deal with people physically in front of them.
Only in EU, the rest of the world is still stuck with WebKit. Apple geo locked App Store, so it only works for EU users.
